Mgo-Cao refractories

MgO-CaO bricks are made by the process of the two-step burning of a dolomite, dolo-mitic sand and high quality magnesite (sintered or fused) mixture. It is shaped with high pressure, burned at high temperature, passed through pitch of paraffin impregnation under vacuum. They have very good high temperature perforemance and resistance to slag, and are applicable to the refining units such as AOD furmace,cement kiln,safety lining and bottom of converter for steel making and ladle,etc---

MgO-CaO clinker is made by calcination, briquetting and high temperature firing, taking high quality dolomite (impurity content <1 %) and magnesite as raw materials. MgO/CaO ratio is chosen for the production of MgO-CaO bricks and unshaped refractories.
